About The Reading Writing Project   The Teachers College Reading and Writing Project (TCRWP), located at Teachers College, Columbia University, has been a premier provider of professional development for schools in New York City, across the nation and internationally for almost three decades. Our mission is to support literacy instruction through research and professional development.
